We kregen een bon van 120 euro voor een baby float. Nu blijkt deze al maanden volgeboekt, tot onze baby te oud is om dit nog te kunnen doen. Hebben wij recht op een compensatie, indien ze de dienst niet kunnen leveren? Of mogen ze gewoon bonnen blijven verkopen terwijl ze er geen capaciteit voor hebben?
