Hallo,
momenteel ben ik op zoek naar een appartement in Gent.
Onderstaande emails geven de respons weer van iemand die vanuit Groot-Brittanië zijn appartement wil verhuren.
het klinkt helaas te goed om waar te zijn.
heeft iemand ervaring met gelijkaardige situaties en waar kan ik eventueel terecht om dit te onderzoeken?

The solution is provided by a company called TNT which is similar to FedEx, DHL or UPS, which will handle both payment and delivery of the Keys.

Ik ga spijtig genoeg moeten zeggen dat dit een voorbeeld is van een scam of beter gezegd oud boerenbedrog.
Eerst vragen om geld ergens vast te zetten en dan de sleutels pas krijgen.

Een alternatief zou zijn een geblokkeerde rekening openen met daarop het geld.
Je bezorgt hem het bewijs van de geblokkeerde rekening en vraagt om de sleutel.

Hou ons op de hoogte hoe dit afloopt.

Misschien eens bellen naar dat ING kantoor om te vragen of zij weten of daar een appartement te huur is?

Western Union schept misschien meer vertrouwen , maar zoals sommigen weten worden zij veel gebruikt voor zulke praktijken.

hmm,

Mijn vriendin en ik zijn ook op zoek naar een appartement en zijn ook op dit appartement terechtgekomen.

We hebben tot nu toe ook dezelfde 2 mails ontvangen. (met dezelfde spatiefouten op dezelfde plaatsen)

We hebben al gebeld naar Immo-boss, maar daar kennen ze hem niet.
Normaal bellen we morgen naar het hoofdkantoor en ga ik hem kadastraal laten natchecken.

Begint inderdaad meer te lijken op een scam.

I have just recieved the completely same e-mails today and I have decided to search this offer which seems wonderful then I found this topic of course it was a little hard to understand it for me ( sorry I don't know Dutch ) but I think it worth to do... Somebody has to stop this trap, what can we do for this ?? Thank you guys

Hij staat wel degelijk niet gekend in het eigenaarsbestand en in de bevolkingsregisters.
De appartementen Belfortstraat 18 staan op naam van de vennootschap Dionite Europe, Koningsstraat 1 te Gent (waarschijnlijk daar vlak naast ofzo)

Zal dus wel oplichting zijn.
