Company in Belarus have to go to the court with placed in a location of Customer company's in Belgium Vliezenbeek. (Cause debt hasn't been paid by the Customer side). I find it difficult to choose a court and what language of the trial it will be?

The city VLIEZENBEEK does not excist …

I presume it's VLEZENBEEK (postal code 1602).

The language will be in DUTCH, and court will be in Brussels.

The court is if it are 2 companies " Nederlandstalige Ondernemingsrechtbank te Brussel", if it's not a company "Nederlandstalige Rechtbank van eerste aanleg te Brussel" (or if it's below 5.000 € Vredegerecht Halle)
