Facebookaccount raadplegen zonder toestemming eigenaar

Wordt er een wet overtreden wanneer iemand mijn Facebookaccount raadpleegt en mijn privéberichten leest?

De persoon in kwestie heeft dit kunnen doen omdat ik hem ooit eens mijn wachtwoord gegeven heb, of omdat hij mijn wachtwoord geraden heeft.
